Seeking Help: A Strength, Not a Weakness
Taxes, traffic, and asking for help—three things I struggle with. Of the three, my reluctance to seek support often leaves me stuck in situations I could easily navigate with assistance. This hesitation isn’t unique; many of us find it difficult to open up, especially about our mental health.
Deep-rooted beliefs from childhood can make sharing feelings with strangers feel daunting. While self-reliance is valuable, it’s equally important to recognize that seeking help is a strength, not a weakness.
